General Terms and Conditions Summer Pass
The summer pass entitles you to visit the Alpamare adventure pool and, if included in the subscription, the separate wellness and fitness area. Children up to the age of 12 are only allowed to swim in the adventure pool under adult supervision. Children up to the age of 16 are not permitted in the wellness and fitness area. During family sauna hours, children may enter the designated sauna area. Subscriptions are only available againts advance payment and can be obtained at the Alpamare ticket office. Advance payment of the subscription is not possible in the event of price increases.
The subscription fee includes: Adventure pool, consisting of Rio Mare, Sole Bad, Alpa Therme, cold water pool and wave pool, including water courses as well as the toddlers’ area and the slides. For subscriptions including the wellness and fitness area, the use of saunas and steam baths, the relaxation room, the relaxation terraces (depending on the season and opening hours), the fitness equipment and the fitness courses are also included.
Massages and wellness treatments are not included in the subscription.

For the chip wristband, a one-time deposit fee of CHF 20.00 is required. The deposit expires in case of loss, defect, or theft. The chip wristband must be worn visibly at Alpamare. Any registration made by the chip is binding.
The subscription is personal, non-transferable, and not changeable. Alpamare reserves the right to carry out (ID) checks in this regard. Any infringement will result in the subscriber and unauthorised third parties being banned from the premises. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the subscription fee. The right to prosecution is expressly reserved.
Data protection / consent to data processing
Subscribers acknowledge that a personal photo will be taken solely to ensure visual control. Entry and exit times, as well as consumption, will be electronically recorded. Subscribers agree that their data may be used by Alpamare for internal purposes. An e-mail address should be provided by the subscriber for the purpose of information regarding changes to the offer and opening times.
The data will only be disclosed outside of Alpamare under strict contractual data protection conditions due to legal regulations to law enforcement authorities or if disclosure is necessary to protect and enforce legitimate interests of Alpamare.
Upon request by the ticket office staff, every holder of an Alpamare subscription is required to present identification.
Subscribers commit to follow the instructions of the staff and to strictly adhere to the hygiene regulations and the swimming and house rules. Serious or repeated offences will result in a ban from the premises, in which case there is no entitlement to a refund of the subscription fee. This also applies in cases of serious offenses such as defamation, harassment, theft, intentional property damage, etc.
The use of Alpamare facilities and amenities is at one’s own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Alpamare and its staff disclaim any liability for damages resulting from accidents, injuries, or illnesses. Alpamare is not liable for the loss of personal belongings, valuables, money, clothing, etc. Any liability for deposited items is also excluded. It is the responsibility of the subscribers to obtain insurance coverage.
Operating restrictions
Alpamare is open daily during operating hours, except for maintenance, cleaning, renovation, etc., during which the opening hours of individual areas may vary. Subscribers have no entitlement to reimbursement or extension of subscriptions due to further closures for operational reasons. Alpamare reserves the right to change its offer and operating hours at any time. Subscribers are not entitled to a refund or cancellation in the event of a reduction in the offer or operating hours. Non-use of Alpamare facilities or the included offerings in the subscription does not entitle subscribers to a reduction or refund of the subscription fee. Alpamare expressly reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict operations at any time. Subscribers are not entitled to a refund or a reduction in the subscription fee if operations are restricted. At the end of the contract period, the chip wristband must be returned on the last day of the contract period without being requested, upon which the deposit, along with any remaining balance, will be refunded to the customer.
Subscribers confirm by their signature that they have truthfully completed the registration form. Furthermore, subscribers confirm that they have carefully read and understood the provisions of this contract and the currently valid operating regulations of Alpamare. They fully acknowledge them. Finally, subscribers confirm upon conclusion of the contract that they have received the General Terms and Conditions. In addition, upon entering Alpamare, subscribers agree to comply with the provisions of the house rules and bathing regulations, as well as all other regulations issued to maintain operational safety.
Subscribers expressly acknowledge that the operating regulations are subject to change and that these will be brought to their attention in an appropriate form. Subscribers cannot derive any rights from changes to the operating regulations.
Extension
An extension /cancellation is not possible. Refunds will not be issued.
The company Alpamare (Bad Seedamm AG) reserves the right to make changes to the general terms and conditions at any time.
Only Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Bad Seedamm AG (Alpamare).
